You guys from US (and other non vat) country are lucky. My country VAT is 25% on top of everything  7,9% here. Thanks Temler for info earlier. I guess I should start a company or move out! I would be happy with 7,9%  You dont want to know what i pay for electricity^^ ca.0.40$/Kwh Damn, we pay here $0,10/kwh I wonder will some hosting datacentre can be open on Island? All knc stock should be run there with small operator cost  Islands typically have the most expensive electric, so.... no. I live on Hawaii Island, where they profess we pay 37 cents, but after their fees, is actually .43 cents per kilowatt-hour. May I ask... What made you think an Island would have cheap electric? Sorry, meant to say Iceland,lol |

Remember that asic era just started and only 8 months since big explosion in btc price. You always have this oportunity. If hashfast/cointerra end up delivering, I allready have 1 BabyJet and 3 Cointerra's I will end up hosting. Just went thru the effort of getting vetted, getting all my information in place, and offering a valuable service for a reasonable costs. I have for example 2 fail overs for internet (in addition to the 99.99% uptime main connection), power redundancies and even location redundancy, all secured by IP cameras and motion sensors. Gotta love the internet age. Anyone who would like to inquire about my services is welcome to PM me... I have a list of references you are more than welcome to contact. |

It isn't that the calculators are inaccurate the output is "accurate" relative to the inputs. But like they say garbage in, garbage out. So when people who "ROI projections" that have difficulty going to 1 trillion well that would be garbage in.
Why is difficulty 1 trillion garbage in. Well because even if the most efficient (J/GH ) is used (and the company can deliver on that) and you get the hardware for free, 1 trillion difficulty = 33,405 kWh per BTC. At $0.10 per Kwh that would mean it would require $3,340.50 in electricity to produce 1 BTC. Do you think that is likely?
Garbage in -> Garbage out. Some people have trouble with the concept of exponential growth not being able to continue forever. The calculators are fine however they require the user to use some intelligence in selecting realistic inputs.

Cant wait for the idiots to get their devices October 28 and other people November 1st for $3, 000 less, I'm sure they will come up with some brilliant math about how losing money is profitable if xyz the earth tilts its axis happen. Or I profited $400 now I just need Bitcoin to go to $10, 000.
