I think Knc needs to release an official statement with some good news to calm the masses, or else they will get hit with a lot of Neptune refund requests.
I think vague statements from Bitcoinorama simply stirred up the hornets nest and did more harm than good.
Well I say if people are that worried about their Neptune having bad ROI when KnC finally ships them and want to request a refund, go for it! I will wait thanks, if people have done their home work they would know that Knc is pretty good at watching the ROI themselves and wouldn't sell you a box that you never make your investment back on. I recommend to those who are thinking about asking for a refund to let go of their monkey minds and let things take their course. There is always going to be people who easily panic over the silliest things, but that doesn't mean you need to as well. |

I've been waiting for one of my Neptunes to be refunded since 12/29 . I gave them my banking info twice now. Not very impressed at this point. It might not be their fault entirely as they do have to do a wire transfer from another country which can be plagued with problems on a banking level. Also banks needs to check everything so if something is off like your bank has your old mailing address or a different phone number for you, or email address the bank that Knc Miner uses can request the information again. So it would be best to verify the information that you are giving Knc Miner is exactly what your bank has on file.  |

Will Jupiters or Upgrade modules be available soon?
I believe it's more likely to be upgrade module, there appears to be a bottleneck on acquiring controller boards. crap....I only have a board with 4 controller boards on my oct Jupiter...crap |

They understand our situation and they do want to keep the majority of us happy ..................so lets give them a chance to give us more info ........this negative reaction will have an effect on their future prospects ..........They will do their best to keep us happy ...................They understand BFL has shot themselves in the foot ...........KnC is aiming to "Under promise and Over deliver" Lets give them a little more time |

does anyone know what upgrade modules they are referring to, October modules or November modules? or both types?
KNC seemed more helpful and informative when they needed us to start up their multi-million dollar business, but now it seems the table has turned and they are playing mind games with us so called loyal customers. Not very cool KNC
one customer that's bought under my reseller ID is trying to communicate with KNC and he's saying that they are not very friendly or helpful at all.
PS. of course I'll give more time to remember who made them, but if they don't come to the party and continue acting like they are, then 2 can play at that game.
