i have no dog in this fight. i likely would not have purchased with no refund policy btc only....i have 2 neptunes with my ttwo other brothers on order my a*ss is waiving in the wind enough ..thank you very much.... ..so i expect a 3TH miner in april or thereabouts from KNC or sooner (crosses fingers)....so I figure I will at least get ROI back even if i have to work at it (group buy with brothers who'd rather have equip then sell 2nd neptune for BTC)

It has become really really apparent that if these guys have 5TH units coming out in april and are legit...then my theory of BTC really gonna have to go up in price to float the boat so to speak better come to pass...wow.....my joke about 20k for a miner that makes 0.1btc a day this fall and you are happy about it...is looking scary likely.....sheesh...

even if these guys are legit....3 to 3.5 to maybe even 4TH from KNC is nothing to sneeze at...and being a bfl refugee.....I'd have still paid 10k for a 3TH neptune with the option of a refund up to a few weeks before it goes to shipping vs an unknown 5TH BTC only ...with no refunds etc...even if I thought from the get go they we're legit (or turn out to be so)

supposedly someone is gonna go by and get the tour from forums also supposedly someone neutral is getting a prototype unit from this CTS place...

we will see

but again starting to look like that option to refund in 1 month say when i look at my options again....(if knc has not delivered by then lol yeah right) with all this GH going out in march/april.....the old 2nd Neptune unit punt may still be a viable option

Cambridge has a long history of this type of thing, it's possible for sure. Remember a guy called Sir Clive Sinclair? Sinclair spectrum etc. They were well ahead of their time with their products in this area.

I'm pretty sure he once had something to do with a company with a similar name if not this one, his development company was Sinclair research, but I think they manufactured under this name or one very similar.

Some very bright peeps round there, it's the best uni in the world arguably..and they certainly had the facilities for dev and fabrication decades ago, maybe they are back in the game now?

i have a rule from knc order days in july...i WILL order with 'line drawings only" but only with refunds via paypal and my amex credit card

no line drawing mock up pic orders with out a paypal exit strategy don't ya know

that was a big jump of trust for me after BFL fiasco ($8k down don't ya know....)

BTC only no refunds....hey even if legit.....i'd rather pay 10k for a Neptune at 3TH in april with the option to bail then 5TH with these new folk CTS or whatever

one good thing ...had a huge arguement with Josh at BFL about the legitness of KNC..at least I won that fight thank god...saved my BFL loss (40 coins end of this month)

Don't care if they are, or aren't real as I won't be buying from them, but If i was going to buy I'd speak to CMS first and confirm as having a similar address and telephone number is hardly 100% confirmation and probably a good way to make a scam look more legit (if it is a scam, again I don't care so am not playing detective) The voice on the recording is not the same by the way, regardless of you Yanks thinking us Limey's all sound the same

Problem is people have done day trips before, doesn't always mean much. Yes obviously if its a total scam then a day trip would be good.

But look at the parent company, look at the light industrial estate the are on, its obvious even the parent only buys other people chips and makes controller boards with them. They aren't a chip fab by any stretch of the imagination, I would think that at best if they are legit they have an "in" on some up and coming 20nm chips from China and are preparing to fab up the boards to hold them.

A research using domaintools.com Internet page shows the domain ctsminer.com was redirect from the IP address 185.8.106.66 to the IP address 199.188.201.252. In accordance with the above evidence, the Internet Page was host in the IP address 185.8.106.66 from 13rd January 2014 to 17th January 2014.  An examination of the IP address 185.8.106.66 reveals some interesting results, such as:

Both domains were first directed to a hosting service located in Lithuania. One domain is being used to perpetrate a fraudulent scheme and the other was registered to prey on people which misspell the official domain from Butterfly Labs.
