They create new tactic for this week. Now Kurt said:

Happy for you that you received your refund in BTC promptly. However, I haven't. And: They write it normally takes ten business days for a refund in US$. Regarding BTC-refund, they write about hours, not business days:

BTC refunds will be sent much faster since the time in transit is hours, not days like with bank transfer.

We estimate that it can take 7-10 working days to process a refund, but during peak times this will be much higher.

To reduce the downtime, we are now offering BTC refunds to all customers, regardless of how they initially paid for their order. BTC refunds will be processed faster than refunds via bank transfer.

And this has nothing to do with batch 1 or batch 2. They agreed in an e-mail to refund but haven't done so.

They have loads of BTC now because they are using all those new Neptunes to mine up some BTC.  They are out of cash as new orders are not coming in on Neptune 3rd. 

KnC is dead.  Their awesome reputation build over one year is destroyed in about 30 days.  Nobody will buy their stuff again.  Darn.  I was hoping they'd do a really cool Gen2 20nm product too.

I've gotta admit, that was a brilliant move.  I never did understand why they'd sell a minor when operating one brings more money.  It seems like a conflict of interest.  Until you consider that they are actually going to spend all the customer money building a massive datacenter and then just letting their customers suffer with very late delivery of used and broken aged garbage - and calling them 'SuperJups'.  lol - good one!

Finally got my refund today in BTC, you got to call them daily and bug them, I requested refund about a month ago then about a week ago I emailed them a nasty email with threatening to file a complaint with Swedish Officials and demanded refund in BTC or bank wire which was the initial refund, they emailed me and said they would refund in BTC, that was about a week ago, I called them this morning again and went off on them and was told that the refund would happen today in BTC and it did, about $50 less than the original wire amount.

I am glad I got my money back and no more this Pre-Order BS stuff, I think KNC ruined their reputation and would never buy from them again.

Imho, KNC feels like a house of cards at the moment that will stay up as long as they can get fresh funds $$$ in or mine enough BTC for the refunds. So I took the BTC refund instead of the wire transfer that never went through.

My friend received his refund in BTC today.  Close to the exchange rate but not really at it, at the time of sending funds.  I might be more picky but he got double his BTC back so a good deal regardless.
