Hi everyone,
I had been victim of a user who used words like "truffatore" (transalted to italian it means literally the derogatory of trickster or crook).
His statements are made without any legal certainity and he refuse to confront myself in terms of legal matters, mainly these statements which are mostly lies doesnt matter with any bitcointalk activity.

His statements are expressed behind a nickname of a person who just own an anonymous domain.

I reported his activity to an advocate who told me that there is a better chance I could ask someone here if he could kindly remove this slandering.

I wish like a global moderator or admin could remove completely his words used against me that attempt to attack my own fairness just because he tells lies.

I had never been reported by this lier named "truffacoin" to real life authorities (police station or else) so he could give value to his allegation and he never would because this way I could even know who he is and begin legal action myself.

Additionally using these kind of words is forbidden by the state where we are hosted, that's why he use them and hide behind a nickname inside a forum.

Trust ratings are not moderated. Lies or not does not matter. Solve it with the person that gave you the rating.

Trust ratings here are just valid here, why do you think it matters whether or not someone reports you to the authorities?

2) He was refering to an altcoin account I put for sale that wasnt coinspace neither and mainly was put for sale in another forum (inforge.net)

Once again, trust ratings are NOT moderated. If you have an issue with a trust rating left by any particular user, you need to take it up with them.

Appealing to a Global Moderator or an Admin will not work. They do not care, and they have more important things to do with their time than review trust ratings left by users.

This is not going to change. PM the person who left you the rating and ask them if they will consider changing it. If you have done anything shady to warrant the negative tag, then there is no chance they are going to remove it. You have 2 options.

1) Move on with life. You can still post freely on this forum and that neg does not affect this.

2) Start a new account. Your current account is still relatively low rank, it will not take much time to get back to where you were before. This time though, don't do anything that will result in you being negged.

I just tryed to sell an account using a different channel that wasnt bitcointalk and I didnt succeed selling it neither. Why should I receive scam or worst accusations?

You make my point here, since I never tricked anyone and btw never promoted anything on bitcointalk forum, I didnt insult other people and additionally the insults translations you have written are wrong.

My "insults" (I accept you call them so)  just went to Hostfat and truffacoin (I told just told him idiot), that prove again my point in the overall since you are saying I insulted everyone which is not true even if you had a lot of fun laughing at me apparently.

The fact I opened this thread because of truffacoin and now you proved me that I am right too about you being a bit frustrated here like not accepting different standpoints (altcoin or not altcoin).

You better go back and have some english lessons so next time you will be able to read and reply more correctly, giving correct explainations for "trickster" and "robber" that had been written toward my direction and why you liked when truffacoin called me this way.

There are some differences from bitcointalk and guadagna.net, where the admins have chosen some different rules. You should learn them before promoting scams here.

Here you can still promote ponzi in some way... but you have to say to the users that they are ponzi scheme. You can't promote ponzi as a good investment, this means scamming

On the italian section we have chosen (me with the rest of the community) to have some strict rules to avoid this kind of scams.
 
But more than anything, promoting Onecoin/Coinspace and other scams like it, it very harmful for bitcoin and cryptocurrency world in general

You and the other scam-promoters are misleading people on thinking that these shits are like cryptocurrency, so when they'll pop, users will think that that all cryptocurrency (and Bitcoin for sure) are ponzi scheme.

I'll try my best to avoid that you and other scammers will continue on promoting ponzi as good cryptocurrencies even on the guadagna.net forum, as much as I can

I apologize for this, but I am submitting a statement to authorities about the slandering contained in that forum against my very person which can be detected from the truffacoin's post.

I have to ask publicly ask to remove the slandering content before proceeding legally, which are the words that are involved with "truffatore" (in truffacoin posts) and this present is the request to do it at the following.
