For the accusation to count there needs to be proof and a scam thread needs to be made, any newbie can come and say someone is a scammer without any proof and that doesn't prove that his a scammer.

You're correct. Anybody can but nothing wrong with just using escrow. I was given scam accusation in my trust as retaliation for giving others it but use escrow everybody is safe

Then you should mention about escrow. You can see all the accusations from members who all are reddish in their trust. They won't go first or use escrow.
