Do you checking the country code? It seems like you was putting the wrong format. Try to check again.

It seems you to need select country codes first from the drop down menu and than enter your number without country code on box next to it.

Try to refresh the page first and choose your country, as your mobile number requires it, as what amacar said in that dropdown menu, try to put first the +44 (example for UK)

Reloading the page may be the best option right now. Otherwise, you can send the support ticket to the site and tell them your problems. It may take about a week to receive their reply. A little bit long, though.

usually if i register for the particular sites and get this warning "phone number format error" you must replacing the first number from your phone number with the country code for an example if your country indonesia +62 and your phone number 08985502231 then on the phone number column register you must fill out just like this +688985502231 remove 0 and combine with your country code
