Read so much on this, I'm not sure what to think or believe.

Is Avalon just one clever scam ?

Has anyone actually received any Batch 2 and made a ROI yet ?

Avalon is not a scam, some people already have them!

It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything.

Can't be a scam if yiy ship units already.

an unethical company? Sure! When you release your first batch amd then tell customers we are going to hold batch three and say we are just going to mine on our own.

Now the question remains, if you have a company that can produce asic units that smoke gpus to the point of gpu/cpu then we are forcing everyone yo switch to asic miners because that would be the only one that is effective.

i just find the sales logic floored.

You have mining rigs that claim to be able to pay back their entire cost within a few weeks/months and then mine $100,000's of BTC.

Would you sell them for fraction of their mining potential ? or keep the lot and mine $MILLIONS yourself ?

No brainer really.
