Maybe some competitor with proven ASIC and communication skills  can step in and do the "I'm not the pr guy" for them?

To the still anonymous members of Cedertec, I'm not entirely sure what your agenda here is, or why you remain hidden, but perhaps you may have enlightened yourselves to the once in a lifetime opportunity of building a real legitimate business that will mature more rapidly than almost any other via the interest free loans you've acquired through your pre-ordering with the bank of stupid. Genuine manufacturer contacts permitting.

Please do refund our intellectually challenged forum members and whilst you're at it remove any pre-order payment function from your site until you have a working a respectable third party verified prototype (hell, i'll verify if needed and I'm your biggest and fairest critic). Continuing to acquire funds otherwise is seen as fraudulent. Once verified and only then you may offer Paypal as an acceptable means of requesting pre order funds. Paying anonymous people, by anonymous funds for an unproven non-independently verified product is, I'm sure you will agree not how one operates a legitimate business that values and behaves integrity. It's open to abuse, and we honest people don't like that. Pre-order in this case exists after a verified working prototype exists and prior to manufacture. This can be done within 45 days of guaranteed delivery by courier so that the buyer protection exists and if such method of payment requires additional fees your end, then charge your customers additional to cover it.

If your third party manufactures are likely to cause you further delays than wait before requesting payment from your prospective customers. You have apparently acquired $150,000 which is a sizeable float for your parts. If you require more, consider manufacturing a smaller run or a traditional bank loan. You can certainly demonstrate the interest, so securing a loan will be easy. Not that you need one as your 'working' prototype is bagging you a few thousand dollars a week currently, plus you must have a load of chips left over from your existing wafer.

Failure to do so just further cements this as a scam and apparently you would rather not be seen as that, right?

edit: gpu mining bitcoins will die this year, even mining litecoin isnt that profitable, asics is where its at, and its crazy nobody is selling them for a good price point, if cedartec was real, 999 for 80,000mh/s is a deal

for my first order they did cash out through bitcoin-24.com.
but thats not an option anymore or for now

The cumulative effect of all the interested parties within Asics will exponentially increase the hashrate and inversely decrease the profit until it is at a level people are willing to profit share at levels where upon power cost of running the unit will be very much a consideration, that will be at a very marginal profit, guess what? Similar to GPU mining today. The benefit is purely in the increased security to the Bitcoin network. GPU mining Litecoin is where the current profit is. The sudden press interest has lead to wild speculation and prospecting to the point at which capacity has already been reached prior to ASICs becoming available.

Investment is down to one thing only now, belief in the network and the currency, profit is not what these wild speculators are expecting, you're about to be very upset if you think it is.

Part of me thinks the timing of BFLs failures and Avalons convenient bulk chips sales are all contrived. Both companies have to be mining for themselves, even on half finished, poorly refined, incomplete, under performing machines. The temptation is just wayyy too strong.

Geeky diyers will eventually win, but only one all the teething issues have been ironed out. I predict, unless companies consistently bring out more efficient, price effective hardware, in six months the DIYers will have the last laugh, but not necessarily those buying in bulk now.

The companies need to be ahead of this and only those capable of their own in house r&d and a strong relationships with their competitive third party suppliers and especially chip manufacturers will survive, there's only one or two with the potential for that now.

The only reason people on here say they are scam is because of the lack of undeniable evidence.

Well, tried and failed, but they have a working prototype, right? So it's not impossible for them to rectify that, and quick...or it's definitely a scam, which it is. They could make a video and post it tomorrow, they apparently have the device working and an iPhone 4S,  plus the benefit of hindsight in what wasn't acceptable in their last effort. Or do they need some extra time for some coding wizardry in manufacturing another BS GUI revision, maybe a dummy mining pool copy. They can give you evidence now, but choose not no!!
