Oh come on! Look if this ever turns out to be legit, then good on them, but in the mean time he has been offered a no risk refund, they could even reserve him his place for his delusional loyalty, but why allow anyone with the slightest and very real suspicion of being a scammer hold your money when they've said they will refund until they are ready to prove otherwise?!!!!!!

No one has really proven them to be a scam.
Lets give them time.
The issue is the opposite, They did not proven themselves to be legit. Well, tried and failed, but they have a working prototype, right? So it's not impossible for them to rectify that, and quick...or it's definitely a scam, which it is. They could make a video and post it tomorrow, they apparently have the device working and an iPhone 4S, plus the benefit of hindsight in what wasn't acceptable in their last effort. Or do they need some extra time for some coding wizardry in manufacturing another BS GUI revision, maybe a dummy mining pool copy. They can give you evidence now, but choose not no!! Anonymousg64, I really don't understand this, they've promised ionstorm a refund, what the **** are you waiting for?! You have so much blind faith you want to wait and see?? i dont imagine the prototype being available or in a state usable for proof purposes at any desirable point in time, and really what the point of satisfying forum members to them anyway. They said to wait until they had shipped if you still had doubt. If they are really doing optimization, modification and making a liquid cooling solution, the team will need the prototype all the time. If ionstorm gets a refund its great for him and super for my trust in them. Anyway im trying to get them to make their team use eligius for any unit testing so we can see some activity, if they cant do that then SCAM they are. |

Take your money back you delusional fool, and then give them it WHEN they prove they have something!
They are in no position to be holding funds for anything.
If they've done all they claimed, have contracts etc. They can prove it right now, if not they need time to fabricate evidence, simple.

Bruno, I used to respect you, but you lost all my respect because you decided to give some legitimacy to these scammers just because they said they would send you a (non existent) miner for free.
You should read the thread again. the "offer" for a free miner was as fake as any other email bruno supposedly has received. And also, you should readjust your sarcasm sensors. |

Your lack of faith disturbs me... that being said: It's a scam until they prove it isn't by mining somewhere with public stats or delivering on orders they supposedly have. If they actually have any sort of product for anywhere near the stats on the website... there will be no lack of orders once they ship something. |

So what if i only started posting recently, ive been part of the bitcoin community since 2011. wow damn, calling me a scammer? shit I even went as far as calling these guys scammers after the fact that I pre-ordered. I seriously dont know what to believe, im not sure if its a scam or not, they offered to refund me but im on the fence here because if they do ship it'll probably be before BFL. There is allot of valid points that they could be scammers, honestly its a freaking coin flip right now, I dont even know if cedartec knows whats going on lol |
