Greetings,

I'm new to mining. I'm having a problem with the miner (tried both 0.1.0b and 0.2.0b). I'm on Win 10 Pro Anniversary Update (1607) and using Palit GTX1070 Jetstream on stock and could only get max ~390 Sol/s.
I use default setting: miner --server zec-apac.suprnova.cc --user xxx --pass xxx --port 2142 --cuda_devices 0
I tried several drivers: 372.90, 375.63, 376.33, and 378.49. They gave me the same results.
Is this common or is there any workaround?

Here's the screenshot: https://s23.postimg.org/9le1techn/0_1_0b.png

Thanks Cheesy

Are you running stock clock or overclock ?

Try switching over to Flypool. Your hashrate should improve up to 405 H/s. (450H/s oc)
Also, use a server on the same continent you are.

Yeah dwarfpool is shit nowadays, very unstable, much better to go with flypool or suprnova.

Otherwise it's EWBF not Joblo (cpuminer-opt)  Grin

I used SuprNova several weeks and it is the same results  than DwarPool (for me : 2 x GTX 1070, Ubuntu 16.04, CUDA Cool.
I will try FlyPool, thanks.

Edit : my apologies for the mistaken with the pseudos :-).

Hey, thanks! It worked somehow. It fluctuated, but I could reach ~400 H/s. I also tried to OC it using the setting here: http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/gtx-1070-overclock/ and managed to reach ~460 H/s. I don't know yet if it's stable or not, though. Here's the screenshot:

0.2.0 is 2-4% quicker, on 1070.
For my EVGA NVIDIA 1070 miner EWBF 0.2 is slower (by about 20 - 30 Sol / s per graphics card).

force solver 0. It was the same for me when it picked solver 1 by default.

use version 0.2.0b, add --solver 0.
I'm having stable 450 sol/s on my asus, gigabyte and pny cards.
Asus i pushed to 470-480 at some point but had to lower the OC settings to get an average of 450 sol/s Otherwise the cards are not stable..

In fact if anyone is interested i'm building custom 2700 sol/s rigs for $3200 including shipping.

How much do you get from your 1060 with other miners?

I've already posted this before, but on average you should see 285-295 sol/sec @ 90W.

Settings:
  • Power Limit: 75
  • Core: +185
  • Memory: + 550

tell me please, core +185 from base freq (1500) or boot freq (1860) My GPU after start mining auto boost to 1860 Mhz. Sry for my Eng)

In AfterBurner you just clic the number on the Core Clock slider, (+145 in this case), You enter your parameter +145 then ENTER. Then clic the check mark to activate.

Even if the Power Limit is at 126% it doesnt mean that the GPU uses it all.
But if it ever needs it, Power will be available to it so it will not crash.
IMO it makes sense to starve GPUs to save energy only if you have a farm (25 rigs or more-economies of scale). So with my 2 rigs I'm not doing it just to save $0.25/month.

sublimus' print-screen is from his GTX 1070 settings.
For 1060 max PL is 116.

It appears that your gpu is only consuming 80% of 120% you gave it. And running at pretty high clocks. What brand/model card is it?
