Short answer: Don't bother. Buy a decent card if you want to mine. Trying to mine with that card would be... unpleasant, to say the least. Pretty sure 5850s are the most cost-effective, but good luck finding any.
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

i actually found a 5850 for pretty cheap. Im going with a 5850 since they are cheap and powerful

i wanted to get a 5870s but those are like twice as much i would pay for a 5850s

ultimately i wanted those 6xxxx  but those are really expensive.
