As in the subject, is there a site showing these per exchange? Coinmarketcap has 30d, but only for the whole basket of exchanges. The others I know of only show 24h per exchange.

If none exist, what would it take to build it?

worldcoinindex.com is good because it gives you the 24hr high and low prices at a glance but I compared those figures with the high and low prices on Poloniex and saw that worldcoinindex didn't hit the mark.
It can only give you an idea of the high and low prices across all exchanges.

majority is marketcap data only last 24 hour
and coinmarketcap.com and worldcoinindex.com, the best review volume transaction in exchanger and crypto coin

Check out coinmarketcap.com/exchanges and also cryptocompare.com.

Both are very helpful with altcoin stuff in general, coinmarketcap more mainstream but cryptocompare has more detailed information and real time tracking of transactions happening on exchanges.

I'm also looking for historical data across exchanges. Only seems to be 24H vol out there... ideally, I'd like to find 7D and 30D.

I think coinmarkatcap is very helpful for everyone to know, find the 30D 7D data will be easy to analyze the market up and down the price of alcoin.
