Can someone recommend a mining pool for me?

I'm a newbie here. I just got an S7 from an friend and want to learn how to mine bitcoins. Got a little confused when it comes to mining pool. I mean, seems like every one of them adopts a different payout policy. Does it mean the payout may be different? What's the best one you recommend? Thanks for any help from you!

Thanks buddy. Seems like it doesn't include all pools in the list, however... Like the TOP5 Antpool, Bitfury, ViaBTC...
