bitinstant down? maybe, maybe not

placed oreder on saterday around 4pm and I still dont have my coins. is anybody having this problem?

also I have emailed them probably 6-8 times, called about 10 times, left several voicemails, and have used the "lve" chat. not a single person has got back to me about this. quite frustrating.

if anyone could give me a heads up on what to do or maybe they have a direct line phone number they could share I would love you till the ends of time and beyond!    its obvious they are not going to reply or even look at my correspondence.
