Do I need to download the new version of the wallet now or can I leave it for after a few days? Also what is the best way to do this as I have forgotten how to download new wallet versions.  

You should be good until block 35k (and possibly even after that)

- Just download and unzip the new version
- Close your current Qt
- Click on the newly unzipped Qt file
- Make a new shortcut on your desktop for the current version
- Delete nothing from %appdata% > Roaming > Insane Coin
- Do an Insane dance

Thanks to the dumpers, I just managed to get another 60k Insanes to my POS wallet.. I will buy another lot tomorrow as well. I just downloaded the new sleek wallet which is looking great!
