You cannot truly blame him for thinking that your system is not fair since the title itself states about some little confusion here, since we don't find any site who's offering their gamblers to win always, and surely the site offers that are scam, so maybe you need to change your header and put some nice words so the peoples eyebrow will not lift up when they see this one.

since you are not technically "always winning" in this game you should consider changing your title and other places that you may have said this.

i see others have said this but i don't see anyone suggestion any substitute. my suggestion would be something like "you never leave empty handed" that is more "technically correct."

That's what i've tried to explain from the start of this topic. Instead to state that you will never loose, is better and more honest to state that you will never get ZERO in return, so at least you can have back a part of your stake.
Let's see if that will be updated Wink

Topic title doesn't update as of now and I could really say that its really misleading and somehow a clickbait. hehe. I cant really believe on which a gambling game that you win always and as other members said here that its rather a charity than a gambling site. Ive tried to visit the site im always searching for FAQ and provably fair before I tend to test it out.

Now we develop FAQ page where we explain provably fair.

With your last sentence then you are clearly admitting that the title topic is intentionally misleading to attract more people's to play at your game, also if what is stated in the title thread isn't true at all, right?

Lol no, we don't need that you agree with us, you are free to do what you think is better, but for sure that's not the right way to build a good reputation for you and your site.
In gambling, people's need to trust the site and the owner, you are clearly admitting that your post state the false.
If you are ok with this, i can only wish good luck...i'm over  Wink

OP, it's up to you if you want to follow this suggestions. If you don't that's your decision. We have consistently told you that the slogan/tag line/phrase is really misleading. It is your choice if you want to continue with that phrase.

Just be ready for the repercussions. If your patrons see that the phrase is misleading, then they will surely leave the game, write and awful review, and tell people that your site is a scam. Then your site will pop-up on every gambling site review and on this forum with a negative review, then no one will ever go to your site. If that happens you will lose your investment in this and never ever get another player again.

Thank you for your feedback. Well all I do is I will consider and think about the slogan.
