No, you cannot recover your password. However, you can still recover your money: restore your wallet from its seed, and choose a new password.

If by "masterkey" you mean Master public key then no , that won't help you recover your password or your bitcoins. Unless you have the seed as mentioned above , your bitcoins are lost forever.
If you kept the password in a .txt file for example then you could always try to recover it using some recovery data tools.

What exactly did you forget ? The pass phrase you were suppose to write down while making your account ? Or just the system password ?

Case 2 : If you don't have your pass phrase I'm afraid nothing much could be done.
