You would want to build one yourself and have multiple GPUs, calculate power usage and what you want to mine. This is crucial to determining potential profit.

You will need to do some calculations, so weigh up the cost of a GPU, the RX470 is good.

If your comfortable with the time you will ROI make a purchase.
It's a slow process and if you are not going to invest 1000's of dollars your earnings will be low.

Simple answer is your'e easily talking $2000 with an estimated ROI of 12 months providing current prices stay the same.
It is profitable to mine if you have free or relatively cheap electricity.
You will have to calculate everything yourself, and if you really don't know anything about mining do some research first.

Unless you have free electricity, stick with the newest generation of AMD cards (RX 470, RX 480).  They are cheaper, and have good hashing power.  Start with one, maybe two cards.  Add cards as you get more familiar with how it all works.  This is not a quick fix to get rich, you need to be in it for the long term.

If you have free electricity, you can consider older generations of cards (R9 380, R9 390, etc.) but be aware that they require more power "at the wall".  You'll need a larger power supply to run the six cards you mention.

All things being equal, I'd recommend RX 470 cards either way.

For your first rig I would try to buy a gaming motherboard (MSI Gaming 7) I believe supports 6 GPUs and a better quality PSU (eVGA or Corsair). This way if it does not work out for you, you can either convert it to a gaming rig for your own use or resell it. The GPUs you will probably have no issues reselling, but again stick with the better name brands that are in demand.

Right now for mining Ethereum or Zcash, I would also recommend either the RX470 or RX480 series cards. Since these are still new, the resale won't be much of an issue at all, you can probably get 75-80% back should all else fail.

Start with one, maybe two cards.  Add cards as you get more familiar with how it all works.

I also agree 100% with this advice. Buy a mobo that can support 6 cards like you want, but there is no need to buy all 6 GPUs day 1. Get it setup and running and once you know your values, such as hash-rates, power draw, equipment costs, you can better calculate if adding the additional cards will make sense or not. Most of us started out this way and not just jumped in with a fist full of dollars and no real plan.

i suggest first start mining with cpu that you have all ready then figure out what is mining and what cost it will then you can search few you tube videos how to build mining rig
or
cheap mining rig
just use google and try to find many information's that need to you before start mining
then use some profit calculator then you can deside
i sow many experienced miners in here post which cards you should choose,hence im not over describing it
i think first you must get idea what is mining

Okay it is profitable if you have a decent pc already built and your power is under 13 cents  a kwatt.

If you don't have any gear at all that is a different story.

So

 a ) what part of the world do you live in?  I ask because the price of gear  and power varies place to place.
b)   what is your power cost  please use usa cents per kwatt
c) what kind of a pc do you own?
d) if you don't have any good gear do you need a pc for other things.
