If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

I think I am going to buy something as a test order. I have never ordered from Bitmit before. I just got robbed from Coinabul. How many silver eagles do you have?

i would probably be willing to sell about 20, ill set it so that i have 4 units of 5 eagles in stock. Thatll be easier than making a new auction.

Cool. Thanks. And I might just take the rest of them from you too depending on when I get paid from people that owe me coins. After this order it put me down to 1.02 BTC

awesome, but those prices only last as long as i feel the bitcoin price is low. Once we start getting close to 200 again i will be setting my prices back to the usual premium. Just wanted you to be aware of that. You really got a good deal on the coin you bought this time =) atlast thats my opinion.

Oh of course. I expect the price to fluctuate according to the value. How much was it in USD? A few years ago I used to buy the green monster boxes and get them at spot and sometimes below. However, I havent had money to buy large mint boxes lately. I thought when I did the math it was $40 with shipping. Is that right?

I worry about the Bitmit escrow system.  Aren't you worried that you'll send silver but the recipient will say they didn't get it, so Bitmit refuses to release your coins?

i talked to toaski about this. He says that unless the buyer has really good proof he always rules in favor of the seller as long as the seller has some evicence, even circumstantial. So sellers are pretty safe buyers need to be really careful and only buy from sellers with strong rep.
