3 Days ago, I'm trying to withdraw 10BTC, however the Withdraw button simply has a load bar, then does nothing? But my account had been emptied. It show 0 BTC till now. And no coins come back to my wallet till now, 3 days pasted, i mailto support@casinobit.net, but no reply for me? Anyone like me? |

My account always showed a balance and i made a nice profit but still no payout because withdraw is not possible. Casinobit told me to give him a couple of hours to solve the problem yesterday - but no solution till now. I gave him a negative trust ranking until the problem is solved. At the moment the site has launched on a new server and was promised to work shortly. I go to bed now and will see tomorrow what's goin on here. Its midnight over here... |

Hi CasinoBit, can you check my Deposit on 2013-8-17 7:32AM UTC, i put in 10BTC, after 6 confirmations the balance show 10BTC, then i test withdraw immediately, but it dosen't work and the balance change to 0BTC, but no coins come back to me till now, it's over 3 days, i had mailed and PM to you, please check it and help me.
