A few days ago, I sold some of the bitcoin funds in my wallet at Bitcoin-24.
Unfortunately the transaction happened in the middle of the period of instability of the Bitcoin-24 platform on April 1st and in the end I didn't receive any Euro's on my account for the sale, but the bitcoins are gone.

The transaction appears in my transaction history with the details of the price, the date and the amount, but I've now been waiting for days for the actual payment to arrive.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem at that moment? Did anyone else loose all the money of a transaction on Bitcoin-24 in a period of heavy traffic?
What should I do? I contacted Bitcoin-24 using the contact form in the application, so far without result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Irwell, thanks for the links, but I don't see how exactly they relate to this problem...

On Twitter they indeed show alerts of when the service is down, but nothing special was mentioned about accounts where as a result money may have disappeared.

There is one post in the service discussion though, that suggests Bitcoin-24 to be broke:

Could this be related? That would be scary...

I made two sells two days ago during the hectic period when gox was down and traffic was extremely high also on btc24, where I sold ('sell instantly') and my BTC were removed but it took 10 minutes for the euro result to be credited to my account.
So all was well and the amounts were fine. There was just a long delay.

I think the owner of the site is simply very busy. I have always received a response from him eventually, but on occasion it has taken as much as 3-4 days.

I'll wait a bit longer then. If it gets resolved I'll update this post.

Well in the case he's very busy he shouldn't tell on his website he will respond in 12 hours... I also contacted him and after at least 36 hours still no response.

Hi,

I have a related issue that happened at the same time. I did an "Instant Buy" with 500 Euro and since then the money is gone but no btc were added to my account. I contacted the support but I am still waiting for an answer(over 8 days now, and the money is still missing).

Regards
