I've bought an Incent for 10K satoshi. and lots of bought above 10K I don't think your offer is fair anyway. 5K satoshi is way too low..
may be some weak hands fall on your offer otherwise I don't think someone will sell his Incent to token for that cheap rate.

If i am not mistaken the ico price of incent is around 20k sats, then why would people sell at very low price? Surely many people want to wait the exchanger rather than sell it for that asking price, it cannot help their cause since incent surely got more respect when it added on exchanger, people don't need to sell it for this early and surely they can earn more from it if they hold for little while.
