About
PayTaler is a multi-currency online wallet that currently supports 14 popular cryptocurrencies. We plan to include all major altcoins into our system in the future.
Our lightweight and easy to set up API allows online vendors to start receiving payments in all popular altcoins immediately after a brief registration process.

Mission
Ultimately we aim to facilitate smooth and uninhibited trade on the online market by providing online businesses and users all across the web with simple and secure tools to store their assets safely and make purchases/receive payments in all popular cryptocurrencies with a few clicks.  In our grand vision PayTaler is more than a multi-currency digital wallet and a robust processing service for online vendors. We want to push the boundaries of current online trade and make cryptocurrency transactions so simple, swift and secure they inevitably go mainstream with online businesses and clients alike. If you have been waiting for this model of future economy for a while, help us bring it to life.

Team

Roadmap

interactive Roadmap availible on web-site

ICO details and token distribution
We will create 1.000.000 tokens which will constitute 100% of PayTaler’s assets. They will be distributed as follows:
- 95.000 tokens will be sold in the course of the crowdsale which starts on December 12 and ends on March 1. 5.000 more tokens are reserved for bounties.
- ICO will commence in several consecutive rounds. 95.000 tokens will be sold every year for the next four years, raising the number of community-owned tokens to 480.000. This system will provide the project with required momentum and protect the token from inflation.
- 510.000 tokens (representing ownership of the company) will remain in Paytaler’s custody indefinitely to never be sold to a third party. They may only change hands as the project itself is being sold. These tokens will be initially frozen in a smart contract for at least 5 years.
- The remaining 10.000 tokens will be distributed among PayTaler’s team members one month after the ICO ends.

Incentives
Investors who supported the project during the ICO will biannually receive 10% of the project’s net income as dividends. To be eligible for dividends investors will have to move their tokens to their PayTaler personal account. In the future the team also plans to add services which will be paid for with tokens. For example integrating custom altcoins into PayTaler’s framework or using the service without commission.

Escrow
As PayTaler is an established and fully functional product and investors can already see what the project has to offer, we decided to eschew traditional escrow arrangements.

Crowdsale starts December 12 and ends March 1 (or after the sale of all tokens)
Early investors will receive bonuses as follows:
December 12 - December 28:  1 BTC = 115 tokens
December 28 - January 17:  1 BTC = 110 tokens
January 18 - February 8:  1 BTC = 105 tokens
February 9 - March 1:  1 BTC = 100 tokens

Minimum target for this ICO - 100 BTC.

Bounties

Bounties for bloggers and journalists
2.000 tokens
10 tokens for a unique article (1.500+ characters) about PayTaler and its ongoing ICO.
5 tokens for Bitcointalk ANN tread translation.

Task for Social Media bounty:
Follow + 2 shares during each month of ICO

Translations reserved:
French translation reserved by >> syahril
Indonesian translation reserved by >> dianikusuma

Signature campaign
1.500 tokens
Every forum member wearing PayTaler official signature during the entire ICO campaign will receive 1 token.

Facebook and Twitter bounties
1.500 tokens
Subscription to PayTaler Facebook and Twitter accounts nets you 1 token (or 0,5 token if you only subscribe to either of the two.)

How to Submit Bounty activities
To participate in bounty program you should register on PayTaler and proof your activities in a personal account.
1) To submit bounty activities in Facebook or Twitter or Bitcointalk, just add link in a special field in a personal account.
2) To submit content activities in media, blogs or translation of topic for Bitcointalk, just add link n a special field in a personal account.

As example:

Contacts
support@paytaler.com - general questions, user support, ICO support.
contact@paytaler.com - for cooperations.

Why do you have a bunch of pictures with peoples name listed and then have privacy on the domain paytaler.com?  Doesn't make any sense that you would show identities and then have privacy on the domain name.  What about that?

Just read this part "we decided to eschew traditional escrow arrangements."

So in other words you are not using escrow.  So no escrow, a website with privacy on the domain, and pictures of a bunch of Russians.  What could go wrong?

Registration data was provided by domain registrator, we plan to start LLC registration before the end of this year and renew domain on this company to make things clear.
Btw, crowdsale goes through personal accounts on Paytaler, so any investor could check that our service works well and see how it works, which cryptocurrency already available and how easy works our API for online-merchants.

I am very sorry that you see the problem in "a bunch of Russians", hope we can change your position.

There are no plans to give bonuses for cowdsale participants in the first day or the first week?
The method may be able to attract investors  Smiley

You can disable the privacy setting anytime you want.  Nothing you said answered my questions.  If you are who you say you are then there is no reason for a privacy enabled domain.

Use the escrow from this forum like SebastianJu for this will classify your ICO to be legit.

To all unbelievers) We are working on Paytaler for the last 1 year, and now it's turnkey project. We don't launch ICO just  on the some idea of project. You can check all functionality and see how it works. It works well and we already have clients who trust us and love our services. This week we plan to make a hangouts conference with all potential investors and interested persons, were you could ask any question about Paytaler and this ICO. Our team hopes to break your stereotypes about Russian developers. Please, don't be negative, just check our wallet and API for merchants. Maybe after that you will become our client) Have a nice day)

Looks like another shitcoin seeking ICOs. Why not you first build the platform and have something running (even prototype) before doing fund raising? You will then have a lot more credibility. Now looks nothing new to me other than some vague ideas.

Want something truly disruptive? One of the most underrated ICOs around is for Spectrecoin w/ a mobile app for cash transfer. Spectre has the best anonymity of all the cryptos right now with anonymous transactions and Tor integration. A good chance to get a lot of coins cheap.

Better anonymity than Monero and Zcash!

Trusted escrow as well...

Rule of investment into crypto:

1. Never trust the Russian developers.
2. Watch the first rule.

shit ya.   i mean isnt BTC like not allowed their anyways?   whats to stop them from taking a buncha money then saying basically "putin shut them down"? :/

Never trust devs from those countries, its just not a BTC friendly place imo

Say NO, to more ICO's. If their was some mining sure, but you wont get money from me for nothing in some scam of promises

Maybe after that you will become our client) Have a nice day)

ok so you didnt address my question on the legality of BTC where you live... kinda a blah blah redirect answer overall.
I think its pretty ovbious to people the flags here, but ya im personally not touching this

AS OF NOVEMBER 2016:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country#Russia

too bad, nope, try again.

Escrow
As PayTaler is an established and fully functional product and investors can already see what the project has to offer, we decided to eschew traditional escrow arrangements.

you write not want to escrow because is experience , estabilished and trusted
where i can see your product, trusted and reuptable in your product

all ico selling need escrow to incraese trust

The very point of using escrow is to make sure the devs deliver the product before money is released from escrow. We already have a fully functional product. We have invested lots of time and effort in it and we are not going to bail on it. There is literally no value in involving an escrow agent in a project that is so far in its development.

this should be the first rule to follow when it comes to investing projects here in bitcointalk.org. this has to be stressed out over and over again to stop all scam from happening over and over. let us all be suspicious about them.

NO ESCROW

= SCAM

I cant agree more.

These days id like to see even more then one escrow because of the MasterP thing so having a few escrows is better and even more then that I like to see goals that need to be met before the devs get their btc or eth or wtv currency the dev is asking for. Check out Purevidz as a good example of how to run a fair ico.

No bonus, multiple escrows, and releasing the btc goals.

Not sure why they wouldn't contact someone here at bttalk to do the escrow. Hope if they do escrow that the community makes them add stipulations to receiving the ico btc, like the addition to a legitimate exchange before release of ico funds to dev team etc.

You want people to part with money for your coin.

However, to do this, you need to earn trust from the community.. you're doing far too many things wrong, to earn that trust! no escrow, private domain. it stinks, you should be aware of the fact there are a ton of scams appearing on this site every day, so, seeing as this space is so crowded, you should be making better efforts to show you can be trusted, no hiding, just be upfront and verifiable.

Won't be watching this one, it's too shady

True but having a legit escrow does not stop scamming. People get warm and fuzzies from having a legit guy hold the btc until coins are delivered as promised. But that literally does NOTHING to protect a person from a scammer. The only thing it does is force the scammer to at the very least create a premined coin with wallets 10 minutes before ico time is up and there he goes, hes got his btc. It is very rare that ANY real world personal information is swapped even between project/developer and Legit escrow dude. Maybe a skype but thats about it. There is rarely a safety net in place for investors, at the very least they should have an exchange lined up & paid so that after ico end even if the dev bails they have somewhere to attempt to recoup there loss. But thats another sad story. Another coin with no one or nothing behind it being traded to those who don't want to take the time to research. Just a vicious circle :/

I can't even imagine what there hiding if they don't want to go the ico route.

Your right about the escrow not always being solid and helping to protect the investor but some do. You need to be able to screen the bunch of crap to find the one winner. For example this months winner for me is purevidz. It's got a very small btc demand, multiple escrows including a bitcointalk forum staff member and many goal needed to get the btc released to them. Just releasing a coin and wallet only gets them 10% of the ico money so they need to continue working and building to get paid. That's why I like that one so much. Another good one had no escrows called jewels but its developer was well knows in his own community for over 10 years so the chances of someone like that running off with the money is slim to none.

Are there any ico's your watching now and considering investing in that maybe I could take a look at. Im always looking for good projects to throw a few btcs into.

Not sure why they wouldn't contact someone here at bttalk to do the escrow. Hope if they do escrow that the community makes them add stipulations to receiving the ico btc, like the addition to a legitimate exchange before release of ico funds to dev team etc.

Because they still believe they can get away with scamming. That's why.

Nope JWL to me is the only real legit project at the moment. Purevids is ok, but (nvm, no buts, there a good project). Those are actually the only two I have found to be legit for quite sometime (although I am getting bugged by the lack of addition of in game uses for JWL. They should be implementing loads of ways players can use JWL in game. But oh well, there good dev's so it will turn around someday Smiley

Anyways long story short. Nope the 2 ico's you posted are the only ones I have seen for literally months that are legit. Not one other ico has done even 1/50 of what those two have done so far.

Yeah, dont worry about Jewels man. I know Chris has big plans for 2017. He's mentioned them in the slack many times and the new game is coming out too. I never expected Hero's to be a big cash cow for jewels. I always had project rebirth game as my main goal for when jewels will be in high demand. When I bought in I planned on holding at least 6 months without anything serious on the development front and that's ok. Now if June or July roll around and rebirth is not being heavily worked on then I'll start to get mad but I dont worry about that. Ive tried heros and I know chris is a very good dev.

As for vidz, I also think 2017 will be a big year for it too. Right now its all about building and testing but once they get users and start making money it could become the real cash cow in my portfolio. You see. Everyone like to watch tv and movies but not everyone like to play computer games so im actually holding out more hope that vidz will be successful faster and with a better roi then jewels but I still expect jewels to do very well as well.  Did you invest in either?

Who the hell is Chris? Chris Tucker? Oh u guys have to be weeded out of my circle of approved posters. Chris, cooking a game for mobile addicts, becomes the object of worship for friends and close relatives of urs as they see him acting as part of a huge masonic lodge, with gods name on his lips and passionate diligence seen through his doings, to my and my colleagues at eparchy great amusement Chris sends warm greetings to the population of earth including, but not limited to, manifestantes of palestina. Lucky and honorable, Chris does what he does to release the spirit of youth from his heart. Heart opens, youth flies away and Chris dies.

Hello,

What are your differences from coinpayments as payment solutions? whats the advantages of joining the ICO? do we own part of the company?

I can answer your questions.
The difference between paytaler and coinpayments is that coinpayments facilitates accepting cryptocurrencies.  Paytaler's goal is to facilitate a transfer of btc from your wallet to theirs.
There is no advantage of joining this ICO unless you consider being scammed an advantage.
There is no company.  This coin is a scam.

So, any news update for Paytaler project?
Confirmed attempt to scam people out of their btc.  It didn't work so the scammers moved on to a different scam.  Which one?  Pick any of the scammy ico's promising to turn shit into gold that's been announced in the last month.  They are all scams.  I see a couple more launched in the last 24 hours.  Dating shit etc...

More to be launched later with same concept for all the shitcoin aiming to accumulate btc by scaming users here in the forum.

What you guys should be worrying later is how you going to get you btc back from them.
