Seriously? You knew it that it has been inactive for months and you dig up the dead and buried it, look what happened now. Obviously the answer is already there, since there's no confirmation from the OP so you know the answer.
No, I had this offer referred to me from another person who pointed me to this thread. Also, no answer doesn't equal to "this offer is dead".
Bitcoinget is online today but there's no response on his thread, yes no answer doesn't mean the offer is closed or dead. But you have to check that there's not that much reply so you did really dig up a grave.
