Inside temperature 15°C

You're fans are spinning at a too low speed considering the current temperatures (ambient and miner's).
It's that simple.
Put a much greater custom fan speed percentage value or tick it off and continue with automatic fan setting.

Just let it run auto. I found that with my old S7LN the best setting always auto and it wasn't too loud at all. They don't spin at 100% unless necessary

if your ambient temperature hasn't risen then I highly suggest cleaning them.
