It's about time that it would be approved, the Filipino people are getting more unruly regarding rules and regulations. They just do what they think is right for themselves, not for the people. You shouldn't be scared of it because it would undergo investigation and until proven someone is guilty. Criminals are not afraid anymore because they could just bend the words from the constitution and make it to their favor even though they are the ones that are wrong. They should have approved it long time ago.
