What is CI special edition? And what are its full list of rules? Like i have heard one that no coins are to be sold unfunded etc ..

Im quite informed in bitcoin world and i never heard of CI. Is this some altcoin?
If yes, don't bother, 100 altcorins are created daily, some never released, some sadly yes Wink

No its about casascus coins .. maybe some rules regulation .. Is that it is?
