I just voted for the exchange to open after ICO ends, I think that is more logical in my books so if there are any bugs or glitches, Admin is not overwhelmed with running the ICO and exchange at the same time.

The Exchange beta will be released this week, but you will only be able to deposit real funds once the ICO is over. For other exchanges to include Lithium we need to implement a protocol called "Json-RPC'" so they can communicate with our client.That might be the next thing we do after we develop the GUI wallet.
