Okay Guys, as I see the things now:

This project is looking very nice, low supply, under the radar and cheap coins. Just look at Darcus on Bittrex for example. 50 million coins and 3000 sats now. Lithium is 30 million coins and you can buy 176 satoshi.

And the others:

- ICO page works fine, DEV sent the signature bounties and others.
- Web wallet works fine, very cool.

And the most important: these guys made a beta exchange do you see that? https://thelithiumproject.org/exchange/beta/login
I've tried and works well it is really cool Smiley Just try it.
Wink And I read somewhere that if you invest 1 BTC devs give you the exchange source code for a bounty.

So I think Devs deliver a lot of things before end of the ICO.

That was just my two cents and review, but I like this project Smiley

PS: I am not a team member or I have no any contact with the team. I just found this project at random.

Nice to see someone with some positive attitude towards the project, but I must say that I am still sceptical as I witnessed too much rubbish in the past with crypto in general.
Seeing is believing for me now.

These guys just wants 40-50 BTC. Smiley So we have two options:

1. This is a good scam with low supply they want.
2. Or this is a very good project under the radar Smiley

Who knows? As I remember some friend told me that NXT started as the same now.

I've tried the websites what devs made, if everybody wants just try it.

BTW I don't want to promote anything here. Smiley

the website seems to work well.
the project seems to reach their goal and everything looks good but it's a crypto and everything in crypto is volatile, we can say it is stable for today but how about the next day, on this case, how about when this coin enter the trading sites? We had an example on Darcrus, yeah it's a success so far but we can also cite some example of the seems-so-good projects that turned into a failure, But anyway, the fate of this project is yet to be unveil in the succeeding days and weeks after the ICO and when it is in the competition on the exchanges.
still, wishing goodluck for this coin.

The deal with this coin is this; if the dev is legit, and the exchange works well, along with the 100% new code, the reward will be gigantic. If the dev is not legit, he will still give you the source code for the exchange for 1 btc.

Pretty damn good deal for the risk.

I would heavily tend to believe the dev is legit though, he would have had to put in the same amount of effort into a scam of this proportion. Except if it is legit, he will get greater rewards also. It's a win-win. And at this point, he will be able to hire more programming talent with the btc received even if he is a sham. =)

TL;DR worth the risk

I agree with all your points it's really a win win situation it's up to the dev if he is very keen and dedicated to his project,he made a lot of supporters by giving up give aways,he made the project looks legit by giving us platform but we still have to see the continuity .

The History of NXT ICO :

Then, the cryptocurrency project NXT had its own ICO on Bitcointalk forums, raising 21 BTC (valued around $6000 then). NXT created a cryptocurrency coded from scratch (i.e. not a fork of the original Bitcoin code) and implemented the first fully proof-of-stake system. The project was quite successful for the ICO investors, reaching a peak of ‘market capitalization’ of over $100 million, and currently over $10 million. This made it one of the most successful ICOs for investors.

The successful ICOs kicked off a frenzy of new ICOs during late 2013 to early 2014, which coincided with the largest price rise in Bitcoin. Unfortunately, many of the ICOs failed to live up to their hype or were outright scams. However, this period also saw several successful ICOs like Ethereum.

Today, Ethereum remains one of the largest ICOs to date, raising over $18 million with a current market capitalization of around $ 1 billion.

Source : https://www.smithandcrown.com/what-is-an-ico/

low marketcap ( 50$k ), active dev, good development with the project -> Exciting under the radar opportunity. Not saying it will be 100% success but the risks are small, take a look at http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/all/ and coins with marketcaps less than 50$k, I mean how much lower can the value of the project fall after the coin is trading in exchanges ? Even if the dev decides to take off, the work already put in place will possibly attract other development teams like with other coins such as CRBIT http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/creditbit/ which is been skyrocketing from 700sat to 17000sat within 10 days after the new devs started to work.

As with all the important matters, follow the gut and stay safe. Only invest what you afford to lose. And if this project ends up being success, blessings to all investors and to the development team too.

Enjoy your day guys  Smiley

It's difficult to take your opinion seriously when you seem too incompetent to find the answers yourself.
At this stage there's nothing that proves whether it's a scam or not, we'll just have to wait and see.

True, time will tell this ICO is scam or not. For now we cant prove everything about that. Just wait and see or try to invest little money, who know will give much profit then.

I think it still can be a scam. Think of opair and declouds recently. And opair even got a escrow but investors agreed on releasing the funds after a cheap crappy qt wallet. I take the free coins because who knows it is real, but I will not invest 1 satoshi in this project too many red flags I've seen before.

Sincerely didn't understand why poeple's are so critic with Lithium....this projects don't look worse than more others that everyday appears on the forum and raise huge amount of BTC over BTC everydays!
You are saying that Lithium is scam and want escrow, but you are admitting allso that Opair, also having escrow, at the end turned on scam!
Until now on Lithium i'm only seeing a "team" (not my problem who and hw much they are, as if i invest in a startup change nothing to know who are the dev) that is working hard to make their project succed, the paltform works fine, the free distribution is giving free coins as promised, the ICO looks raising a good amount of interest, they are working to build their own exchange and if they don't want to reveal their identity change nothing to me!
Why if ETH or another success coin build their own exchange is good, and if lithium does is to scam poeple's?

Everyday we see a lot of "startup" raise thousand of BTC and nobody says nothing, only because they have good advertising, lots of (bought) twitter followers and like, and paid PR on altcoin magazines
Probably those guys on LTH didn't have the power to buy PR or didn't want to buy followers, but have a project with concept and ideas and are working to realize it..let it works and let's see, invest what you can afford to loose and enjoy the project, otherwise if yu arenot investing a single sat, not complain and move over!
I'm enjoying free distro, i bought 20$ of lithium to me nothing nothing wrong here!

Hi Dev team !

I have read your white paper where the process of Proof of transactions is explained unfortunatly without so much details...

Quote
the proof-of-transactions system implemented by Lithium only reward public keys involved in recent transactions so it incentives users to use Lithium in real transactions and not just holding it for speculation. An important thing to have in mind when implementing this system was the fact that someone could intend to spam transactions on the network to increase their chances of being rewarded the 2 tokens each block. Lithium’s approach to this problem is to simply consider each public key once when selecting the random key from the pool of candidates. In other words, spamming transactions will not increase someone’s
chances of being awarded the coin.

I understand that only a unique public key will be rewarded once to prevent spamming transactions... Why not ! But you have to implement deterministic wallet to influence stakeholders to make transactions and be rewarded for that. Is it the case ?

Indeed stakeholders could lost the chance to be rewarded if they always make a transaction with the same public key... Grin
