The actual problem is source files were created by third party and i am battling to get them to update on github.
Coin is ready to be mined, it's tested.

You don't have the source? If so just create your own github and uploads them. I know I ask a lot of questions but... So lets say you get the new source to be added to github and 2 weeks down the road you have a mega fuck and the chain comes to a grinding halt or stalls, how are you going to update the code in a timely manner to get the holders back online and pushing blocks if you dont have access to the source? Are you developing this coin or is someone else and your just going to cash in on it?
