This is not a ddos-like problem. More transactions in the network = higher fees. High fees won't make Ethereum casino bets costs competitive comparing to bitcoin or traditional casinos. The low edge will be eaten by the high fees. It's great Eth devs are working. Do you think they didn't know this problem would arise? |

EDG team can't make miners accept low-fees transactions. Even if the team optimizes its smart contracts there will be a min lower limit for a transaction to be accepted. There is no solution yet. Nobody knows when it will be found or implemented (if it will ever be). POS transition time is unknown. EDG team can write anything they like but it won't change the reality. If they had a solution they would announce it. The fact 'they are working on it' doesn't mean they will solve the problem. The only available solutions now are to move to the centralized servers or to switch to another blockchain. |

EDG Teams are working well on this project and EDG will become a crypto currency in this gambling and betting field in the future. I believe this coin will hit 1$ in next month and many big investors will join this project soon. |

Would it be possible to use a trusted third party and use off chain transactions?I see that this is done with bitcoin not really sure if that can be done with Ethereum, just for deposits and group the withdrawals together to save miners fees

As soon as developers will be able to guarantee smart contracts on the Bitcoin blockchain as well, Edgeless is planning to expand their operations in that crypto currency as well.
u read this some pages earlier , so it is not only ethereum chain they gonna use

Also few weeks ago we had a talk with devs about possible problem due to high price of fees currently in Ethereum network and they are already prepairing contingency plan if this situation is not resolved by Ethereum itself which is really important message for contributors |

Well big money likes legal protection, so applying for a license is a good idea. There is a trend where big casino magnates bought up online gambling sites due to fear of competition. So now that blockchain gambling is coming, they might buy this up as well, if that happens expect the EDG marketcap to reach 10-15 billion $ overnight! |
