Its real, but nowhere as bad as it could have been. The Edgeless team has handled it really well as well. The posted a response to the hack a few posts back. As for the price, it has stabilized so there is nothing really to worry about.

What is important is the influx of gamblers, which actually never runs out.  I'm sure they will build up their ETH bankroll sooner than expected. Almost all Bitcoin gambling sites are making a killing. Even Just-Dice which is exclusively for Clams is very profitable. What is important for us, early birds, is that the casino launches without a hitch. That's the real dumper if launch is cancelled or something.

What really happen is that whales are spreading negative speculation but the problem is really not serious.
Some will sell and they will regret once the price will be back up again, licensing will be done soon, they will see it
