Start price $0.50 per minute of transcription. start with a 22 minute interview thats $11 in BTC or LTC equivalent

I have some interviews either audio or video you need to transcribe

you should be at least 100 WPM words per minute, highly accurate and have a fast internet connection

Post your price per minute of interview quote and we'll go from there

Right now I have 70 Minutes needing to be transcribed. Will have future work for you if you do a good job

I've paid captainmooseinc for this service before

MP4 or MP3 format

you need Microsoft Word to write or wordpad, or something to same in RTF, something that can bold or change color for part of the text at least

No Need for NEW applicants at this time (people who have not posted or contacted me)

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hey 420, I"m not 100 wpm fast but I'm pretty fast, I haven't been timed in a few years and never got feedback on my last test at the temp agency but I think I can handle it.  Anyway I'm able to do this if you've not found anyone and want to give me a shot.

What format is the audio in? Because while I don't type at 100 wpm (around 70-80), if I could slow it down in VLC or something similar, I would charge a minimal rate to compensate for the extra time it would take me. I'll do it for $0.30 per minute transcribed if that sounds fair.

For anyone who takes this over, I suggest pre-listening to the whole interview. It will immensely cut down on transcription time as you'll have a slight memory of what's said which will aid in knowing when sentences stop or punctuation is needed. I'm an extremely fast typed and found this helped. Also, play it back for transcription in VLC at .67x speed. .50x is too slow and garbles words. Be ready to use Google to search for correct spellings of various names of important finance people or companies that may be name dropped. The first few interviews will take a long time as you get used to them. Keep at it. You'll get a technique down and get used to it. You'll need at least 2x real time vs. interview length to actually transcribe it properly in my opinion.

420, you're welcome to cite a previous audio sample and accompanying transcript in this thread if you'd like to show the level of quality you're expecting.

Sure, I can do this for $.50 a minute.

I type well over 100 wpm and have almost perfect accuracy. I have Word as well as other similar products and can give you whatever output formats you desire.

Shoot me a PM if your interested in my services, I can start whenever wanted.

I will work for $.50 a minute. I consider myself a pretty fast typist and have very few errors in my typing. Do you want me to PM or email you about this offer?

Pm. i'll accept a work demo if you want to work free of charge. seems like i have plenty of people applying like the last guy above who's doing a work demo for no pay

i guess i could hire a primary guy and a backup or two in case one is busy when i need the work done

pheaonix,

It's nice that you tried to warn, but I know for a fact 420 won't send payment until the typing is actually done to satisfaction. So Warry could try to scam all he wanted, but he wouldn't get payment. I always did my jobs, submitted, then received payment. :p
