I have heard of some bad stories about them, However I would try contacting them again via their support system, instead of reddit.




Let us know what happens.

I have done this, multiple times. Email, their contact/support form, and their 'live' chat form.

Ive been waiting for my 1.8 BTC to show up for a week now.

30 hours logged on this forum attempting to get my case resolved, tens of emails and PMs sent.. called the hotline multiple times..



URSAY, the customer service guy on these forums actually told someone "If you dont stop being mean to me I'm just not going to help you"... BitInstant has piss poor customer service.
