If I can find the right boat to live on, I am willing to give up my life on land for a more "pirate" oriented lifestyle.
I want a boat that can comfortably sleep at least 4, and has to have everything needed for a decently comfortable lifestyle (range, oven, fridge, microwave, TV, etc)
I have a budget of $20k, but I would much prefer to find one for under $15k.
I plan on keeping it docked for the majority of the time, so if there is a little engine work that needs to be done (but that can be fixed while i'm living on it) then that's okay with me. if that's what it takes to afford a really nice boat, then I can deal with investing in the engine over time.
I live near the mid-atlantic east coast, so it would be preferable if you were somewhere near here, but anywhere on the east coast should be workable.
