Hello group,

Ok so I know I'm about to lose some geek cred here but I need some help  adding 2 modules (tun, 1st priority &  iptables, second) to an existing kernel and I am afraid of bricking my machine. I'm hoping to not have to completely rebuild this so if that is my only option I may reconsider.

I'm looking for a professional Administrator (unlike myself) to help. This is for a developmental sheevaplug running Debian 2.6 squeeze with no head /CD drive/ or factory reset button. The last time I tried a uboot upgrade I bricked it, which is why even though this isn't dealing with uboot, YOU need to know what your doing or else it will cost me three months and $150 for another. There are only a few recovery options with this device and they are not easy.

I'm willing to pay coin for a half hour of someone's time. you have to be willing to hold my hand and walk me through it. I'm not an Linux newb, but obviously not a trained guru either. We can use IRC, email or the forum PM system what ever you are comfortable with.

PM me & we can agree to an amount & take the discussion off the board as I don't want a million armchair admins making suggestions not knowing anything about ARM machines.
