This post is in regard to my experiences in getting BitCoin charts to work in Meta Trader 4 as per this post:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=160791.0

Here are my experiences so far:
1) In Windows 7, don't install Meta Treader 4 into the default Program Files location, install it into your "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local" location

2) The file linked in the above mentioned post is corrupt. Search for the file name Google and download from one of those locations, I downloaded from a DropBox search result and that worked for me.

3) You must connect to at least a demo account for the above Expert Advisor to start working, it's a fairly simple process in MT4, just File, Open an Account and it will create a demo account and log you in once you fill out your bio stuff

4) Alas, after all of that, the BitCoin chart still does not get generated  Angry (step 5 in this above mentioned post) If anyone can help me with this that would be awesome

This maybe the exact what you are looking for : https://btc-e.com/news/183
But not sure about the current situation as this was 2013 based news.

I read long back Nordfx and FXCM are proving bitcoin market feed through MT4 platform. (Still I am not sure they are still providing this services).
