Furthermore, before co-founding Qtum, Jordan Earls conducted a coin review service for the cryptocurrency community which helped to identify fraudulent code in cryptocurrencies, proving himself to be a qualified and dependable developer.

Oh really! Is this the same ... FUCK THAT! This is the same Jordan Earls who signed the recent release declaring that Qtum Foundation found no wrongdoings re Patrick Dai (et al.).

How do you like that JUDGEMENT? Reads to me like Mr. Dai gets to at least double-dip into the non-profit(?) foundation, for I have reason to believe that he's using some of his kin folks on the foundation, virtually in name only, that way funds can be manipulated with one's feet and hands, a feat (there's that word almost again) not outside the realm of possibility given that past entities have employed said practice.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

But Gleb have you seen the gawsome reports done so far!?
http://daia.group/reports/
They know OneCoin is definitely a scam!

It sure is a great coincidence  Roll Eyes that the site was registered recently on 2/3/2017 and came directly to this thread to tell us about the DAIA certification process and reports/reviews done on coins.
http://daia.group/verification/ - The bribe verification process can be paid by the developer at any time for ICO coins. What could go wrong!?  Cheesy

I better inform BadBitcoin that a new service has fierce competition and the reviewed details on reports is off the charts in explaining coins projects.  Tongue
Oh wait this forum doesn't rely or utilize such useless people or sites.

I wish the Qtum white paper had better pics like Respectomony. Just looks like they used Visio draw and kept typing about their dream coin.
Did I read or skim the info correctly that this group already received monies, has a private live-test of the coin, and yet is still doing an ICO here?

In response to your accusations:
DAIA was recently created which is why the site was only recently registered. The content on the site will grow over time.
DAIA is not endorsing Qtum in any way, in fact it is urging caution to potential participant's of the upcoming ICO.
DAIA was not compensated in any form for the review of Qtum which offered an objective view of what Qtum is trying to technically achieve along with the controversy surrounding it.

IS THE ICO ON TOMORROW???

Someone should make contact with Chinese exchanges that are hosting the ICO and give them a heads up.

With all the PBOC activity lately a potential scandal is the last thing they would want.

Quote
The Qtum team has been working very hard to prepare for the upcoming crowdsale. Although the official date and other details are yet to be published (will come soon), we are so excited to announce that you will be able to participate in our crowdsale through any of the following channels.

1. Bizhongchou (bizhongchou.com)
2. Yunbi (yunbi.com)
3. Yuanbao (www.yuanbao.com)
4. ICO365 (www.ico365.com)
5. ICOAGE (icoage.com)
6. Qtum official crowdsale website (crowdsale.qtum.org) – coming soon

Get started with registering on these website so you will be able to participate once it kicks off!

The Angel Investors are in no hurry in receiving an ROI for their $1M investment, allowing Qtum to take all the time in the world prior to commencing their ICO in garnering the projected $10M.

That said, enjoy the kickoff, and don't forget to stay tuned for the halftime show sponsored by Starbucks:

I don;t really appreciate all the fud going on here.

I have been around crypto for aslong as anyone here, i have seen countless scams & have been caught up in a few.

My spidey senses does not sense a scam.

Each to there own though.

PBOC's newest rule says: no ICO, no crowdsale or crowdfunding. If QTUM is continues ICO, they will be inspected by PBOC, and those exchanges offer QTUM ICO will be shut down. So many people boycott this scam, cool, hope their ICO will be cancelled.

Is Singapore, where Qtum is based, under PBOC guidelines?

IS THE ICO STILL HAPPENING TOMORROW? IF SO, CAN SOMEBODY CONFIRM WHAT TIME?

We're working to release a few updates soon, but the Token Sale won't be March 1st.  We haven't announced a formal date, we were saying March 1st a while back, but we changed it to 'March' even before the attacks started.

We've been quiet over the last few days as we assess some of the attacks, but we've also received a lot of private support.

Some of you have pointed out that we haven't 'moderated' anything on this thread, I think even the trolls would agree that we've been pretty tolerant, but please remember there comes a point where it turns into outright abuse.

Amazing how this got trolled so bad, it's an obvious character assassination attempt with obvious alter-motives including possibly blackmail attempts behind the scene, it's not uncommon in crypto and some groups make a living out of it.

We all know who was the real scammer behind BitBay, and it's not that guy.

Oh and here's another Dai to add to the collection: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Wei_Dai  Grin

I would like to hear more relevant news about this project. this is obviously a failed FUD campaign, we've seen better!

Well, it's plain to see by everybody reading this that stackoverflow is not to be trusted...

It seems half brain sherlock here thinks he's the only one to be trusted, i don't see anything here but a paid failed dickhead 2 cents investigator trying to discredit this project, and all you have is useless google searches. get a life!

Perhaps, to garner more subscribers for their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bj1Qm5mhbTI

That's near exactly what Alexandru Ion Sovu of Black Arrow said prior to him deleting literally over a thousand posts from his self-moderated thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=294197.0. Hell, he even created a script to automatically delete posts of certain users, myself included, even when he was offline. The only drawback to our attacks is that Mr. Sovu turned out to be a pillar of this community. Oh, wait, that was a different guy, perhaps Joshua Zipkin employing the same practice. No, not him either, for I just recalled that he wanted to hack this forum before (or was it after) he burns down my home with all the family members within (true story, even made the news). Give me a sec or a year to recall which person controlled an entity and had a self-moderated thread that was, in their eyes, attacked by trolls, but later became a pillar of the community. I'm sure it'll come to me.

What's ironic is that Alexandru Ion Sovu implemented said actions after it was revealed that his past consisted of nefarious activities, akin to Patrick Dai's (or whatever his name is this week) former dealings in this space.

Meanwhile, I hope this shovel would suffice till a larger one is made available, for from what's been penned of late from Camp Qtum, you're gonna need it.

Soon™ - woohoo!
Honest question then. What's an attack, trolling, and valid criticism to you and your team?

We've been quiet over the last few days as we assess some of the attacks, but we've also received a lot of private support.

That's great! Personally I would love to see the code that your promising.

Yes, the BCT forum enjoys lively projects and coins. Along with solving puzzles.
Like the incomplete history and story you've presented the forum.
Here's a recent post summing up valid criticism about Qtum in the most plainest text - http://coinjournal.net/ver-backed-qtum-started-bitbay-dai/
Here's ICOcountdown's full reason to delist you - https://medium.com/@icocountdown/due-diligence-pack-for-qtum-7369ef48917b#.gwl99auvf
The ICO link has a lot of compelling data points you should respond about.
Even dzimbeck has seen it - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=890531.msg18009822#msg18009822

Looking forward to your response with an explanation of the full picture.

Au contraire, Mr. Shit for Brains. I highly doubt that CoinJournal thought it prudent to publish an article putting Qtum in a bad light based on nothing but a few posts penned by a half brain Sherlock (note that I spelled it correctly, Mr. Shit for Brains): http://coinjournal.net/ver-backed-qtum-started-bitbay-dai/

Since you deem yourself worthy to discredit me, perhaps you can back up your truthful claim that I get paid for posting discontent in this thread. Hell, I'll even sweeten the pot for you. All you have to do is provide definitive proof that I got paid, and theymos has my permission to ban me for life on this forum. I'll even go one step further. That goes for anybody on the planet. ANYBODY can present the proof to theymos that I'm a paid troll and my ass will be off this forum quicker than flies on shit. Fair warning, though, bud, before you or any other starts wasting their valuable time. The exact same proposition has been in play since September 1, 2015 -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1168431.0. I'm just as perplexed as you are as to why something so easily obtained has yet been presented to theymos so that he can act on my earnest request. Surely, you know that proof's out there about me being paid, as well as so many others espousing the exact same sentiment, because you're NOT a liar, like myself. Yet crickets. Are you fuckers scared to relayed the easily obtainable info? Please, do what's right for the community and get me banned for life for being, or lying about being a paid troll. Meanwhile, I'll be here in my van down by the river doing what I do best when not doing what I secondly love doing - fucking goats.

Thanks to pixelpowered for providing the link above for the below:

Ha-ha saw that. They really might not go to ICO. I know they said they would but each day gets worse. It was really funny on their slack hearing "We were thinking to not even address it because nobody cares about the issue." and hearing "We didn't even talk about it in the office today".

Damn maybe you can hear a pin drop in their office. Cut the tension with a knife it's like the elephant in the room then.

I've never seen a project implode like that. It's wild to watch.

Anyways guys, there is still a couple things for me to do in this build. Should have the links up today though if my tests go well.

Yep, it went from a non-issue to there's an elephant in the room to assessing the attacks to "Boys, get the elephant guns!"
