a VirWoX user can tell me how long it takes to credit btc. 24 hours have passed and I wonder if it's normal (it was written that I would receive an email when they sent btc)

In my experience, sometimes it was instantaneous, sometimes it took up to 6-8 hours.  But the site says it can take up to 48 hours.  Who knows.  Try contacting their support.
That which is falling should also be pushed.

it is a manual process, at least 1 day for me.
