Possibly some ppl may wonder why now the project can launch on 250 BTC where before it asked for 1000. I think you understand the question, I can rephrase if necessary.

By the way_ is there any special reason to decrease minimum funding goal by 75℅?
Did you guys got any investment promise from future user of Darcrus?

Same question, why decrease  with 75%? You got already more in the first ico, why cancelld that one then if now the min. goal is less? And if you needed 1000 first how can you do the project now with 250?
