and yes some certain exchanges have problems and customers cannot withdraw at certain exchanges because they only use 2 confirms. Creates a big accounting issue at certain exchanges where people can never withdraw coins. Thay are forced to deal with the types of coins devs have and the blockchain's they have. So your coin has 17 confirmations Nova has decided (nothing at all to do with me) it's safe to put it down to 10. Good luck with your project listed on Novaexchange where they look out for our user's coins and balances.
