You can create 4 additional Invite accounts with 1 Admin account, so it's 5 accounts in total 
Bitcoin is pretty slow today (January 6th).

It's a temporary thing. The solution is to use higher fees (>$0.40) when sending Bitcoins, so transactions will confirm fast.
