In Ukraine for example.. they don't allow you to wire more than $2K a day... You need to obtain National bank license for it... Anyway, war thunder already can be heard... it's our move now...
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
