Would this be possible?

You insert bitcoins into your online debit card website account. Then it converts it to USD or CAD depending on the market. Then you can spend that money using that debit card in real life.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

That would be awesome...but I dont see it being to viable since the market is so random.
