For $20 you're lucky to get BTC at a 5% rate. You're not going to die if you take a $1 loss. Fun fact: they could get atleast $3 more if they decide to sell at a premium and they could do it easily. But at the end of the day it's your choice

Well if Kraken would hurry up and process my tier 3 application, I could be buying for much closer to market rates.  Man, I really miss Circle.  

It's no biggie if this doesn't get done.  I'm not playing second fiddle to a noob, though,  just on principle.

 Crap!  I messed up on the fees.  I was trying to use 21 incs bitcoinfee website to figure out the required fee and I was low by a factor of ten.  Satoshis/byte... 1024 bytes in a kilobyte... Anyway, the txid is:
