In other words, your service allows to buy/sell altcoins locally,
it's a good initiative.

One remaining thing to explain to people is
why they need to use altcoins locally and not bitcoin, if they already have localbitcoins.com.
Anyway if you have MOON listed, your service will be added to mooncoin.com.

In order to achieve higher forum ranks, you need both activity points and merit points.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Block reward is very high 29531 MOON and your coin is dead 1 sat why ? dev earning  coin ?

Block rewards will start to decrease after the block 1,100,000.
MOON is not dead and never was, it's traded now at sub-satoshi markets, but it is in top 100 at Coinmarketcap!
Why at sub-satoshi markets?
After Cryptsy bankruptcy (if you don't know, Cryptsy was the largest altcoin exchange,
and MOON was actively traded at Cryptsy), MOON is not listed currently at big exchanges. That's all.
It's not dead, but it's not listed at big exchanges.

Now your question about 'dev earning coin'.
Do your research. MOON is not ICO, everyone has ongoing equal opportunities.

You can mine or buy a coin, no other way to earn.
It was no-premine, and the price on sub-satoshi markets now is not far from Mooncoin all-time low (to be exact, in 2014 for a while, for a week or so, a price was several Litoshis, it was an one-time short term spike).

Why is the price so low? People buy only ICOs these days (and all ICOs are 'dev earning'),
and it looks like exchanges list ICOs only (they pay well for listing),
do you understand? There are altcoin Dark Ages, but the altcoin spring will come.

MOON is not ICO and never was,

if you don't read answers and just want to raise your post count,
you may want to use moonlite commands, you can easily raise your post count with them (each command=one post).

Thank you for that, i love the fact, you are discussing our idea,
its a much more motivating experience than in other threads, great!
let try to answer your question:

In my opinion (and some recent developments are giving a glimpse in that direction),
Bitcoin will soon have a problem with scaling down, not in terms of value, there is still plenty of room,
but in terms of transaction costs for small transactions. Thats why i think, the future will be a multicurrency environment
of interconnected altcoins with Bitcoin as a reserve or storage as an asset. I think altcoins that like to play a role in that,
need to build a diverse ecosystem and a network of accepting merchants. Thats for example a reason, why you could get a
slightly cluttered impression, when you look on our coin (ERC), because we are working on multiple fronts and because we are happy,
to welcome and support other coins. We know, in the long run, we will be nothing, if we are on our own.

Also i feel that many smaller currencies can do some few things better than Bitcoin,
like developing a community mindset that can adapt to different interests, regions and cultures
(like the job former so-called country coin failed to do).
Many social aspects are often misunderstood as missing technical innovation (and some are),
but we are trying to combine both, because this reveals many niches and opportunities for altcoins.

Good read for that aspect is our mission statement:
https://www.localcrypto.eu.org/modern-regionalism/

Another hint:

Localbitcoin got banned in Germany and we started with a German version, that adapts to these legal issues,
supporting Bitcoin and Europecoin (see: http://bitcoin-treff.de)
Now where this ban seems to spread in Europe, an international (english) version started to make sense.
The new https://www.localcrypto.eu.org has then been further developed, to support also other altcoins, merchants
and in near future, a payment system with a point-of-sales hardware series.

have fun
Matthias

The concept is quite unusual,
would be great if before bashing it people discussed in a civil manner.
If you have questions or doubts regarding the Moonlite platform, feel free to ask.

The software is experimental,
it's in beta testing and may have errors.

i think i got the concept, but not the process,
as i understand, i can connect any page of any like technology (any??),
for example the like function any CMS provides with a moonlight (account??) and
make the like function a kind of tipping function for (any??) like? ...  or for likes from people who like and have moonlight?

I feel to see a great function, but i am not getting it all to be able to use it.

1) which like technology works?
2) you need a moonlight wallet/account? to receave them? (i think so right?)
3) does the person, who likes, need to have moonlight in order to tip by liking or do you mean EVERY like?
4) is moonlight the same as mooncoin, if not which role plays mooncoin?

have fun

The Moonlite wallet doesn't exist as well as the Moonlite account - the platform is decentralized and doesn't require installing a wallet (for the common user).
To a degree, you can say that any web page which you (and only you) are able to edit is your Moonlite 'account',
you can receive moonlite to it, and send moonlite from it.

No, you don't need to have moonlite to like, quite the opposite: you 'mine' moonlite when you like a page.

Moonlite is a bonus on top of Mooncoin blockchain, MOON and ML are different.
Moonlite commands are recorded on the Mooncoin blockchain, and you need to have about 29.5 million MOON to be able to mine ML for recording commands on the Mooncoin blockchain (however you can 'mine' moonlite also without MOON, when you like a page). Several levels of use.

Thank you for your questions, you are welcome to discuss them tomorrow in details,
if you need a quick understanding how it works, please have a look at http://mooncoin.com/ml, the section 'Quick Start'.

Do you mean to convert the picture http://mooncoin.com/how_smart_likes_work.png to the video?
You really need only do step-by-step what is described in this picture, it's very simple in fact to start using Smart Likes.

Difficult to explain though (other than just trying it and seeing how it works), you never know what can be unclear.

The Moonlite system has 3 levels:

1. The common user-level (easy-learn, quick start, easy-use),
you don't need to have any wallet installed, neither to understand how block chain works).

2. The professional level. Moonlite miners, who have 29.5+ million MOON are involved with it,
that requires some understanding of Mooncoin and how block chain works,
you need to have the Mooncoin wallet and understand how to use it.

3. The Moonlite platform level (running the Moonlite Explorer script on your web server, understanding how it works).

When you post Moonlite commands, you receive (mine) moonlite automatically,
rewards are bigger at the beginning.
You can do it right now, be the first Moonlite miner.

Feel free to go back in time and take a look at BOOMBASTIS platform, it co-existed with VISION startup whose main effort was brought into the strengthening the worldwide blogging industry within the body of agnostic self-sufficient token-dependent trustless framework.

Our New wallets work well, above all Mooncoin Core. I like Coinomi, but import/sweep p.key daes'nt work. Electrum ok but it daes'nt show the confirmation number and our blockchain (Btc now) and you can send coins before 6 confirmation. This  creates wrong  transaction if you are not careful...
I use iOS device and in this moment i have not mobile wallet. Coinspot au and cointopay in maintenance ....  Sad
The use creates value Roll Eyes
