Here is a tutorial about paper wallets http://www.coindesk.com/information/paper-wallet-tutorial/, it's for BTC.
For MOON
use https://walletgenerator.net/?currency=MoonCoin
download their source from Github (it will be a dir WalletGenerator.net on your PC),
run in your browser a file index.html from this dir,
and start to generate wallets.

Any paper wallet consists of
1. an address (public info), you can disclosure this Mooncoin address and send coins to it.
2. a private key (secret info, never disclosure it), which is linked to the address.
Since an address is created it's not possible to change its private key, so one who knows this key will control the address forever,
and anyone who knows a private key is able to spend coins from this address.

It's recommended to generate several addresses and to separate coins amongst them.
Better to run a paper wallet generator on a safe and offline machine, and don't save the info to files, just print it and keep in a safe place.

In the future it's enough to import private keys to the Mooncoin wallet (this function is included in the wallet and is available from the Console)
to get an access to these coins (but first encrypt your wallet with a strong password).

Paper wallets (addresses/private keys) don't depend on the version of Mooncoin wallet etc. they can be used to keep coins safe over long term.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to why my Electrum wallet's transfer (send) is showing up as 'Unconfirmed'?
It's been stuck there overnight  Undecided  nothing shows up in the blockchain explorer either. I'm connected to 54.203.38.135:50101 if that helps

Also my balance is showing as 'not verified' if that's relevant but I think barry mentioned earlier that that was normal. Any tips? Thanks in advance guys

Interesting...
the 24h Mooncoin volume is $527,000,
$480,000 at MOON/BTC markets.
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/mooncoin

Quite unexpected, as MOON is yet not listed at big exchanges.
Do you know any other coin which is able to generate that volume with no big exchanges on board?

At Bleutrade exchange the Mooncoin volume was higher yesterday than one for ETH and DOGE.

thats a pretty cool thing, if its only a matter of i think till moon takes it rightful place on 1 or more of the larger exchanges. Thats why im im buying and holding. Maybe a few more whales will dump it back down but if we all catch that moon as they do so, we can then distribute the wealth and move moon into a new era, Beyond mere pump n dump..
What ive tried to describe here is possibly a factor to explain the sudden rise of many coins recently. New investors, lots of smaller wallets, less and less whale dumpers.
To the MOON!(1step at a time)

I really like your passion and choice of words.

I would like to say hi to you all! Roll Eyes
I really hope to get to know you all better and to gain more understanding about the project.

Is there a road map or can we perhaps create one, something that will portray a picture for the newcomers like me?
Besides coinomi are there plans for other exchanges and approx time frame?
Also there is nothing on youtube, maybe we can create some informational videos, right now there is just one saying mooncoin is a scam.

I hope I am not asking already answered questions and if I do excuse me.
I see potential in this project, like you all do and I am excite to collaborate with you on it.

Hi all,

Coinomi wallet is now functional with no changes required (other than exiting out of and re-opening the wallet).
As for Electrum; the 'unverified' coins is a known issue but funds are still able to be spent.

The fact that it does not show up in a block explorer is a worry.
Please send me a PM with the address you received funds to and we can diagnose from there.

Curious. There's a lot of automation possibly going on with this wallet
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/moon/address.dws?768300.htm

With this idea of keeping the coins in the hands of the people, is this not frowned on?

Dear all,

On behalf of everybody invested in this currency I urge you to leave the past where it's supposed to be.
No matter how much we all want it, the steps ought to be taken by you.

Remember it is not about you. We all benefit or suffer.

@CryptoDatabase & @coinflow

Do the right thing!

Sincerely,
duhPeacemaker

I'm just trying to mediate.

The "right thing" would require a move from both sides. Conflicts of this kind mostly are only solved, if both make concessions. Would mean (in my opinion, as far as I can oversee the whole thing): James pays back the owed amount without further questions asked and CryptoDatabase removes the bad ratings consequently.

An adult way (@LittleStan) is, to solve problems, instead of displacing them ("leave it in the past"). As otherwise it will surely rebound later on again - and maybe at a much worse point in time. So solving this now helps the community in the long run. And Mooncoin has been and will be a future oriented coin.

I'd like to underline, what Mooncoin_Foundation said: the Mooncoin-community was never toxic, but always helpful. Critical thinking and opinions yes and welcomed, but please be fair and let's help each other if needed, even if it is "only" with this case.

That's exactly what I suggested Coinflow:

"Accept the very reasonable and level headed conditions and move the fuck on."

Part of that process is James paying back the the outstanding amount. I wasn't stating that Crypto should just drop it for nothing.

Best

Please read that to begin with:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=389403.msg13418770#msg13418770

If you still have questions, then ask Evangelo or coinflow, they are miners and are able to answer in detail.

OK, at first it sounded like only CryptoDatabase should "forget" about it.
So again, let's hope, that both get their things right. Should not be so difficult.
