You should ask nico, he said the he paid the fess

Fair enough. Just figured that may give more traders an opportunity to join the community.

True, I tried PM yobit support team regarding the payment fee but I didn't receive any message. The  PM was sent on 12 June

Yes, there's already a working lyra2m miner but I do think the testpool is currently offline. Not sure though: https://github.com/mooncoindev/lyra2m-cpuminer.

I'm not sure when the actual switch will take place but I do know that your 36 GTX1070 won't do much good. The algo has been adapted to work mostly on your CPU, making a good GPU miner for it is very hard.

Filled off another ticket to there support team just now. I would assume the more of our community that does this the more likely it will be added. Thoughts?

Only CPU? Why feed botnets?  Smiley
With so many coins, you can safely move on to PoS or dPoS or PoW/PoS or better multialgo PoW/PoS with small block reward.

Yobit is not such a big improvement... I would personally aim beside bittrex and poloniex the Younbi and jubi platforms. Step by step we're creating an entire Mooncoin ecosystem, for the moment for me the price is good, I bought at 3 sat. Regarding the fact the the current marketcap is not the accurate one (35% of the total supply - first 2 biggest wallet are frozen) I would say that the market is undervalue.

I see so many shitcoins with no plans, no community that are being pumped like shit. I bet when all the updates will be released, all the other services presented, the release of the roadmap the value will go much higher.

So what we had 4-5 pages with arguments regarding the logo, that only proves that we are a thriving community Smiley

Agreed everything is a stepping stone. Think this coin has the potential to be listed on bittrex & polo in the coming future. Especially as the price moves in the moon direction.
Will be hard not to add it when its competing with some of the shit coins which are already listed on these exchanges. Roadmap, updates, releases, and an active community looks to me like a bright future.

Do you have any info. on those 2 biggest wallets being frozen. Would be intrigued to learn more about that based on your input.

Barry decided to go this route to give smaller users a more fair chance to mine. Because otherwise, big GPU farms would take all.

2 top addresses in block explorers are unspendable (Cryptsy), the 3rd and some other addresses are a cold storage of current exchanges.

Please, do not touch our new logo, it's not about the design, it's about its implementation!  Shocked
Here is a visual of my thought

https://i.imgur.com/RSECjBf.jpg

and here

https://i.imgur.com/h3bukJH.jpg

Easy to remember, well associated with the name of the coin, simple design is easy to implement in any environment, social networks, messengers (smart-likes), sites and so on...

My opinion - the logo should look like a coin, it is easily and quickly perceived and emphasis is placed on the fact that it is primarily a means of payment. The similarity with the bitcoin logo can also give us additional attention  Roll Eyes

We do not need to make sharp movements, we have an excellent logo, which easily fits into the design of any service (payment terminals, messengers, social networks, promo materials)

IMO Right now we need a roadmap, a new wallet, a new algorithm, a new mining pool, and a lot of activity in the tweeter to get to bitrex and develop further...

Here is my suggestion how to use our wonderful current logo

People subconsciously better take a simple design, because it is associated with ease of use, so our current logo is very good.
The contour of the silhouette does not make the logo too heavy in contrast to the original
Leave Blue because it fits well with the name of the coin.
The logo is simple, easily perceived, remembered, easily adapted to any design (I say this as a designer)

Just found this Monacoin (MONA) symbol (from the cryptochainer.com website)

https://cryptochainer.com/dir/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/monacoin-.jpg

Looks pretty similar to a new MOON symbol proposal (if it's with a double-slash).

https://i.imgur.com/TJmaXYX.png

And may I ask again, is there any concept for the new logo proposal?
E.g. what does it symbolize? A shield or what?

Mooncoin_Foundation,

I am an active alternative coin trader that happens to do graphic design projects occasionally. I noticed a few people in this thread were giving negative feedback saying that those do not correlate with the "Mooncoin" name. I decided to create a mock-up of my Mooncoin vision.

  • Are there awards for contributing these submissions?

Should I be submitting my proposal in another location?

Let me know your opinion of the designs, and I can perfect them before sending you the Photoshop documents.

If you want to help out doing design work for Mooncoin, feel free to join https://discord.gg/bCfmfQ

This thread is mainly used for announcements about the Mooncoin and small discussion. In the Discord there's active discussion on buiding towards a great Moon Ecosystem. There are not always rewards but sometimes funds can be requested from the Moon Community Fund.

The Discord URL is not working for me. Why is my image not working?
