Several ppl have mentioned a problem withdrawing from that exchange.   Hoping they just need to repair their wallet. (or update?)

If txs are not seen in block explorers,
then for whatever reason they were not sent from the exchange.
If they were not sent, then these coins are still on their wallets.
You have to contact the Coinexchange and ask them to solve the issue.
That depends on them only.

A Mooncoin dev, Vassilis mentioned an issue with low transaction fees (fixed many days ago), anyway,
if coins were not sent, they are still on their wallets.

I've just sent a PM to Coinexchange.io.
I've never communicated with them before, let's hope they will respond.

    For those tx issue's  contact the exchange, and ask them about your coins.

well those tx issue's affect us for many weeks now!

the exchange (COINEXCHANGE particularly does not provide any info nor solutions!
if you get an respond they tell you wait it will be resolved soon but define soon (days , weeks Months?)

many people put their money in mooncoin but these troubles with the exchanges hurts us!

more frustrating there seems no legit solution but to wait for an eternity

in my case: days and weeks pass and the value of my investment is severely reduced 
my working money is stuck with no info of resolvement (but verbaly wait wait)
